STARMAN takes its name from David Bowie’s 1972 song of the same name. Developed as a conceptual automotive design, the project draws on glam rock not simply as a visual reference, but as an attitude — celebrating freedom, individuality and the courage to challenge convention.

As my bachelor thesis, the project explores how this expressive and rebellious spirit can be translated into automotive form, creating a vehicle with a bold, theatrical and distinctly individual character.
